The location was good, and having helpful staff in the restaurant was a plus. The hotel's proximity to the Telford International Centre was convenient. The room was air-conditioned, reasonably priced, and equipped with blackout drapes, a safe box, and a kettle. The food was reasonably priced and outstanding.

Gorgeous, clean place with very welcoming and consistently courteous stuff on shift. Great location when travelling to Telford. Positioned in the good area, adjacent to Park Inn, shop, and Telford shopping centre and International Centre.

Overall had very nice stay for Blist Hill visit. Very central location close to the Railway Station, International Centre and the shopping centre, and the restaurant and bar, it was in a shopping area.

The Mercure Telford Centre Hotel is conveniently located near the city center, conference/shopping center, and town centre. the highlight of my stay was the delicious food at the hotel. - the staff at the hotel were friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful.

Very poor control of hotel by staff. Reported a problem to Reception about the noise of about 20 people, they said they would deal with it! Unfortunately this did not happen. At breakfast had to wait 25 mins for eggs, sausage and bacon.....Disgusting.
Serious Staff and Customer relations training for all staff! Including the Duty Manager.

Everything was fantastic, fantastic location to the nearby eateries, the staff were very friendly. Location : the hotel was right by the town centre and the exhibition and sport centre as well as areas in future. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Church of st Peter. The breakfast was nice hot and delicious, with cuisine, reasonably priced: )

Comfortable hotel in good location a few minutes from town centre with plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Had a good rate with 20% weekend discount through Booked.net Will definitely use this hotel again..

The ladies at the breakfast buffet were very courteous and met our every request. Also a problem with the window was solved satisfactorily.
